Shanna is a self-professed serial entrepreneur, who received her degrees in Business and Marketing from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. She grew up in St. Louis County and has lived in St. Charles County since she married her husband, Andy, in 1989. They have 2 kids, 1 son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren (who they keep naming their companies after). In her spare time, Shanna likes to golf, read, travel, decorate & learn.

Shanna and Andy have been business owners for over 25 years. They have previously owned a pharmacy, medical equipment supply, paint-and-sip studio and a shared office space. In 2019 they started a real estate investment firm, specializing in short-term and long-term rentals, and rehabs. Shanna is also a notary, an ordained officiant, and continues to further her real estate education.

Shanna has built an extensive referral network across all industries over decades of networking in St. Charles County. She is currently the Wentzville Chapter President for Little Black Book: Women in Business. She is a member of several real estate organizations, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Cottleville Weldon Spring Chamber of Commerce. She is the past-Chairman of the Board of three local Chambers of Commerce, has served on Chamber Boards in other capacities for over 12 years, and volunteered extensively in her community.

Shanna loves houses! Looking at them, decorating them, finding the right one, all of it! Your home is probably the single largest purchase you will make. It doesn’t matter if it is your first 2-bed 1-bath bungalow in the city, or a 5,000 sq. ft. estate on acreage in the country, Shanna has shopped for it, bought it, and loved living in it! Then sold it to move on to the next great adventure! She knows that her job is to listen to you, find what you are looking for, and guide you through making it YOURS with the least amount of stress possible.

Why Work With Shanna?

What Clients Say About Shanna…

Shanna Palans was the Real Estate Agent who was outstanding in guiding me through all aspects of selling my home. Her professionalism and commitment to assisting me with making important decisions worked in my favor in achieving my goals. I recommend Shanna to all of my friends in the Senior Center that I now live in for a smooth and well-planned sale of their former homes. Shanna is the “Best of the Best!” - Eldon W.

Shanna is a wonderful realtor who really cares about her clients! She sold our current home for us and helped us navigate through the very competitive market to find a new home all at the same time. She’s very responsive and always was there for us 24 hours a day during the whole process. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
- Brian S.

I couldn’t be more thrilled with the service provided by Shanna throughout the process of selling my home. From the moment I decided to downsize, she was there, guiding me with expertise, patience, and genuine care. One thing that truly stood out was Shanna’s exceptional communication skills. She was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated every step of the way. - Sanford P.

Working with Shanna was a wonderful experience! Not only did she help us sell our home in 2 days with multiple offers on the table, she also assisted us with the purchase of our new home, which, to no fault of hers or ours, ended up being a challenging experience. This was due to issues on the sellers end. She stuck with it, helped us out in extraordinary ways coordinating through multiple challenging situations with the the sellers agent and our lender, and ultimately we were able to keep the home and made it a successful purchase. I am convinced with anyone else, this might not have been possible. She comes highly recommended by our family. Thanks Shanna!
